I created this piece while studying in Paris, shortly after visiting the David Hockney exhibit with my class. I was deeply inspired by his bold and expressive use of color, which influenced the way I approached this work. The painting depicts myself (jumping in) alongside my two cousins, and it serves as a reflection of the joyful childhood memories we share together.
